About Us
Dr. Jill Spurlin is a native of Opp, Alabama and is pleased to be living in south Alabama again. After graduating from the University of Alabama and the University of Alabama School of Dentistry, she moved to Charlotte, North Carolina to continue her education in general dentistry at Carolinas Medical Center. Following her completion of the residency in 1994, Dr. Spurlin continued to live and practice in North Carolina , and she built a practice that centered around family dentistry, comprehensive dental reconstruction, cosmetics, and implant dentistry. Even though she will always consider North Carolina her second home, Dr. Spurlin was excited over the opportunity to move back home to be near her family in Alabama.
Dr. Spurlin is a member of the American Dental Society, Alabama Dental Society , Alabama Third District dental Society, and the Frank Spear Dental Study Club. She is a member of First Baptist Church of Enterprise where she enjoys singing in the choir and playing in the bell choir. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and going to the University of Alabama football games.
Dr. Spurlin is the second "Dr. Spurlin" in her family. Her father, Dr. Richard Spurlin, practiced family medicine and surgery in Opp for over 30 years. Dr. Jill say she hopes to be to dentistry what her father was to medicine.
